What is a Paul credit?
These credits govern the usage of premium models (for instance Anthropic’s Claude 3.5 Sonnet, OpenAI’s GPT-4o, DeepSeek R-1 and Paul2.8) within the reasoning of Paul. When Paul is getting jobs done (answering questions from employees, management, HR, candidates, collecting data, managing absences, brainstorming with HR/management, generating reports) he always prompts such models to accomplish tasks that are defined in the agents.
What is an AI agent?
An AI agent is like a smart digital assistant of Paul for a specific job that can think, decide, and act on its own to complete tasks. It follows rules that you can define in the agent builder with natural language, learns from data, and can chat with people, answer questions, or automate processes.
What happens if I run out of Paul credits?
If you run out of Paul credits Paul is not able to get jobs done anymore. Everyone who is communicating with Paul will get a message saying that at the moment Paul is not able to help. HR and management will still have access to the Paul's Job admin interface and the data that is stored there.
How can I check credit usage?
You can check out your usage in your plan tab in the settings page or in the main navigation on the top left.
What happens to my unused credits for the month?
Any of the additional purchased credits will get rolled over to the next month. Any of the credits that come with the base plan expire at the end of the usage month.
